All of our products are the real deal. We take pride in what we do and what we offer and that is only the best. We are an authorized reseller of Siser products.

All orders have a handling fee of $1.50. We chose to not incorporate this into pricing and make it one standard fee for all at checkout. This fee may be labeled as "shipping" by our website host but is in fact a handling fee. All actual shipping charges are waived for any order over the free shipping threshold.

At this time we are ecommerce only. While we dont encourage it, there are instances where we will allow a local pickup and that is considered on a case by case basis. If you are local and would like to pick up your order, you may contact us for any questions regarding pick up.

While we strive for great customer service, we also strive to get orders out quickly. We do our best to answer messages and requests throughout the day but there are instances we may be busy with production at the time. We will answer your request within 24 hours except on weekends.

All custom products have instructions for ordering with the listing. Please use the "upload files form" found at the top option bar on the top of every page, to submit your photos/images. If you have issues, a special request, or anything in which case you can not use the upload form...Please email us at sales@cmscustomvinylworks to submit your information. Include either your order number or screenshot of your confirmation so we may attach it to your order. We asl that all requests not with a completed placed order be submitted via the contact form.

Custom Imprinted items can take up to 2 weeks for TAT. Usually we complete items within a week. Custom, decals and transfers are completed within 72 hours. Timing reflects BUSINESS DAYS. If you are needing a rush order, please use the contact form to notify us. Rush fees will apply.
