SHIPPING POLICY

Craft supplies including Siser Products

Estimated shipping time is between 2 and 4 business days.  Orders placed will be shipped by the carrier of our choosing.  This could be but not limited to USPS, UPS or Fed Ex, Priority Flat rate or First Class.

We are not responsible for delayed transit times due to the shipping carrier.  

Lost orders are rare but we assure you we will do everything possible to determine if an order is lost.  We reserve the right to not consider an order lost until 14 days after shipment.

Custom Items

Current Production Time is between 10 and 14 business days.  This time may vary and orders produced sooner.  Times will vary on order type and quantity.  Please see terms and conditions to assure your order arrives in a timely manner.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Damaged items...

You must notify us within 5 business days of any damaged items and send in photo proof of the damage.  If a product is returned not as a whole, we reserve the right to prorate a refund if deemed necessary.  To receive a guaranteed refund of a damaged item, it is best to return it as the whole that you have received it.

Missing items...

While this is rare we understand it may happen as mistakes do.  You must notify us within 3 business days for missing items.  Once we receive the request, we will go do our part to assure the item was not included.  We reserve the right to choose a store credit or refund in this instance.  

All custom orders are FINAL no returns.  Please see terms and conditions.

Exchanges or refunds will not be processed for Vinyl and supply orders of correct items received.  ANY qualified refund or cancellation can take 3 to 5 business days for processing.  Once processed and we release the refund, it is the policy of your Fianacial institution on when it will be processed and returned to you..
