At CMS CUSTOM VINYL WORKS, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Policies and after care

DO NOT WASH ITEMS UNTIL 48 HOURS AFTER APPLICATION OF HTV. Manufacturer (SISER) instructions are to wash HTV on a cool/warm setting inside out, and light dry. DO NOT WASH ADHESIVE VINYL IN ANYWAY EXCEPT A LIGHTLY DAMP WIPE DOWN!  Any APPLICABLE refund must be retrieved by customer within 30 straight consecutive days, After 30 days refund is null and void. Refunds are submitted through Paypal only for transaction record purposes. No refunds for items that do not fit. Any and all custom order sales are FINAL. No exceptions for any reasons. If blank products need to be special ordered, a two week grace period may also apply depending on manufacturer. Any items or shirt not provided by company, voids any and all warranties. Customer may request company to order desired brand. Warranty is voided for any requests on brands company is not in account with. Company is not responsible for any vinyl application faults in any way, that is put on an item provided by customer. Multiple layers of vinyl will result in a heavy feel and look and is not any fault of company. No refunds for lifting, peeling, cracking etc of HTV due to improper maintenance care by customer. Sublimation items (if applicable) will receive after care instructions with product. Imprinted sublimation products are to be washed per garment directions. Washing will not affect the ink in anyway as it is permanently died into the garment or product. Large imprinted items such as blankets, beach towels etc with a full imprint, word art or large images may have slight slips in the design.  While we do everything to avoid this, it is possible and can happen due to the design needing to be split.  Any promo codes or discounts offered will expire 6 months from the issue date. Custom placed orders require customer to email us the info desired.  No image or wording that is copyrighted or trademarked will be produced.  Custom placed orders will receive a proof via email for approval. The proof is with image bleed for imprinting purposes. Clipping may occur. Once approved by customer, item will go to production as approved. If a proof needs approval, it is the customers obligation to approve it. Not doing so in a timely manner, can result in a longer turnaround time. If any order is sent incomplete for any reason, including customer waiting on photos etc, will delay production as no order is to be produced without proper instructions. Turnaround time does not start until order is sent in full whether payment has been made or not. No refunds for not customer standards, once image is approved and replicated on item. No refunds for damage once item is in customers possession. Items are to be inspected at pick up/delivery. No refunds for missing items, or items not to customer standards in which case only applies if order does not match the proof or mispelling of words, after items are in customers possession. If any order is recalled for any reason, buyer reserves the right to reverse any discount(s), coupon(s) or gifts given due to that particular order.  By paying invoice/order, by any means (non Paypal customers, paying on site customers) with any source of payment, customer agrees to any and all terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time for any reason.  Thank you for your business.
