Please use this form to upload your files for custom orders AFTER you have placed your order.  If you have multiple items please either number your items in the description (ex:  Upload 1 Slate/ex:  Upload 1 HTV Upload 2 Sticker)  OR match the file name to the product.  If there are any issues uploading your files, or you are sending a PSD or SVG file, please email them to sales@cmscustomvinylworks.com AFTER you have placed your order and include your order number in the email.  **HIT SEND AT BOTTOM OF PAGE TO SUBMIT 
**Make sure you have a high quality image.  Screenshots are NOT high quality and we will not print pictures taken from Google.  We do not print copyrighted items.  If you have a photo that needs adjusting, per you, you need to state that in the description box.  **Please note there may be an additional charge for design service with requested adjustments.  If this is the case. we will contact you with the quote/invoice.
If you are uploading a photo for a QUOTE ONLY, please put "Quote" in the Order Number field.
